I'll be the first to admit I get away with a shit ton of stuff for a married guy, I have friends who don't even live with their girlfriends who are amazed at the stuff I pull routinely...like getting to so many concerts.

 

Not sure, i'm wheeling on Friday with ENH, we're going from Walpole,NH to Concord,NH,gonna do about 30 miles of class 6's
Let me check if we're doing any Christmas shopping or anything on Sunday,i'd really rather wheel with youz guyz!

 

Not yet, I'm doing battle with myself over an 11-87 though. I found one pretty cheap. It's a little more than the 870 is new, but comes with a decent amount of goodies. If it weren't so close to Christmas, I'd have bought it already!

 

Ive got both a 870 and an 11-87. Both are great and have their uses, but if I were to choose one it would be the 11-87. Incredibly universal and reliable. Ive fired a ton a rounds through it with no problems at all.

 

The one that I found is an 11-87 Super Mag if it makes a difference. I know basically the same, just allows you to feed larger shells through it if you want. I'll likely stick with smaller 2-3/4 or 3" shells though. You think I'll have any jamming issues with the smaller shells?

 

Not at all. Mine is only the mag, so 3" shells max. Ive only shot a dozen or so 3" shells, but hundreds of 2 3/4 and its never jammed. Ive also run alot of the light loads for skeet, which dont like to eject from certain semi-autos and ive also never had one mis-eject. Its an all around awesome gun.

I want to pick up a cantiliver barrel for mine, but already have a slug barrel on the 870 so I dont want to spend the money

 

Good to know. I might shoot the guy an e-mail and see if I can take a look. It's a good deal, just don't know if I need to spend the money right now

 

I need to try and make it to one of these, I might be able to make this if I get out of the woods in time. How long are you guys usually out wheeling?

 

^^^ It all depends on whatever anybody needs to do. No certian rules or times. What are you doing? Hunting?
