I had these made a while back. This were for the comforts of my dogs.

These mats fit over the back of the rear seats in my X-Runner.

They are very spoiled. When I die, I want to be reincarnated as one of my dogs!

We had to put one of ours down in February at the weekend Emergency Vet Clinic (shouldn't have tried to put it off) the vet was amazed at how old an 85 lb dog was and noted, "This dogs been loved!"

    She was right.

I've been putting the seats up in my '09 Access Cab and letting the remaining dog (though we re trolling the local shelters for another lab mix) sit on one of the seats. I'm looking at removing the console in the rear and making a flat area across like you have. That would work better.

I just made a road trip with three Dachshunds in the back. They had a blast.

The shelters are the way to go. Or look at rescues. All of our dogs are rescued dogs.

I just bought a liner for the rear of my truck from husky liners molded to fit. Its great because you can remove it and hose it off!
