    just wanted to see i just picked up a new TRD off road and was looking at the tailgate and I'm pretty sure that most Ive seen have V6 SR5 or SR5 V6 on the bottom right. well mine only has V6 is that normal??

    Indeed.

    My V6 emblem made it a week before I pulled it. I would have left it if Toyota added the SR5 as with the older models, but having the V6 just hanging out there looked awkward to me. Plus I feel weird advertising features of the vehicle on the truck. It reminds me of when GM used to put "ABS" badges on their models.

    Right after I got mine I was reading through the listing of SR5 features and thinking "I have these, where the hell is the badge?" And then I wondered why I cared about a badge.

    Kinda how i felt thats y i noticed it lol. It looks weird all by itself so off they come.
