getting lifted at toyota

all the shops i call are expensive so i might as well get it done at toyota but how much do they charge for a 3" lift? i think they do the ready lift one which is bad because i want the AAL not block so can i tell the to do AAL instead?
OR.....
can i get the tsb done and at the same time have them install a top plate spacer that i have from hell bent steel, do they do that? how much do u think it will cost?

where are you in Cali? if you are in socal, there this guy called "EZlift" in Garden grove sells AAL and spacers + installation for a great price. I don't recommend going to the dealership since they know absolutely about lifts and what not. All they know is how to charge a grip for the products they sell in their parts department!

 

Dealership is gonna rape you on the parts and the install, how much are you looking to spend?? in socal there are tons of shops, just gotta find one

ya know, I got a good mechanic friend who may be up for some extra work. We did my lift at his place ,went real smooth.
I'll ask him today , maybe work a deal for you soCal guys?? I think by now he is almost a tacoma specialist lol

i got my truck lifted at garys sport truck by the 15 and 10. 20 mins from riverside.. if you want to see it im around UCR and sterling.. i got a 3 inch fabtech adjustable lift 0 - 3.5" with aals and new shocks in the back. $950

 

i forgot to mention that they have toyota specialist there and one of the dudes there ryan i think has his 2nd gen lifted also

 

Have you tried the LA Burbank area? I pass quite a few places in those area's as well as the Pasadena area! Don't go to Toyota,by the time they are done bending you over,you could have bought 2 lifts for the price of 1 !

 

Just think about this: Toyota could (will probably) take your truck to an offroad shop and have them do it....so you'll have to pay the offroad shop price...plus whatever the dealership tacks on there for good measure.
