My truck has always had a pretty lame horn, so I bought the PIAA superior bass horns thinking I could just swap out the horns without doing any wiring. But I looked behind my grill and only found one horn. I know typically tacoma's (and most cars for that matter) have two horns side by side right behind the grill. Did they remove the other horn on the 2011? Or is this maybe a 5 lug thing? Could they have relocated the other horn for some reason?

hahaha, nah, its just laziness. I was gunna get the hella supertones but I listened to a few sound clips on youtube and they sounded pretty weird. I know i know, you dont buy a horn for its sweet sweet music, but I was just looking for a lower frequency. I ran across the piaa's and thought, "those are perfect, they look just like the stock horns, so i can probably just swap them out"
Aaaanyway, I just found out today that my order of the piaa's was cancelled, so i guess I have more time to figure out the wiring... and find that missing horn haha.
In the mean time, does anyone have any suggestions for good electric horns that are louder and preferably deeper than stock?

I suppose you could go to a junk yard and pull one of an old ford or chevy, those were manly horns

I was just thinking this. I'm pretty sure my 2011 6 lug has one horn but we had the grill off my buddies 2012 6 lug and he had 2!

Get a set of 3 tones from a mid nineties Deville then you will have a horn.
