I caught a glimpse of the public announcement:
sargent: 'the gun was a semi-automatic rifle'
press: 'could you describe the gun more, and tell us about its capabilities?'
sargent: 'the gun was a semi-automatic rifle'

 to the sarge for not playing that silly game.

These fuckin reporters are such drama queen bastards:

Austin Patty, 20, who works at Macy's, said he saw a man in a white mask carrying a rifle and wearing a bulletproof vest. There was a series of rapid-fire shots in short succession as Christmas music played. Patty said he dove for the floor and then ran.

Shaun Wik, 20, was Christmas shopping with his girlfriend and opened a fortune cookie at the food court. Inside was written: "Live for today. Remember yesterday. Think of tomorrow."

Yeah that's him. 22 year old Jacob Tyler Roberts .

Said they don't have a motive yet. I'm sure neighbors will say "he was quiet boy, very nice blah blah".

Fucking ridiculous to take it out on innocent people.

yep - luckily his AR-15 jammed, good thing he didn't have an AK. Apparently there were nearly 10k people in the mall and he fired around 60 shots. How he only killed two people is a miracle. I wana smack the parents.

Yeah I just read some of the reports. I like this one:

"He kept on shooting, and he kept on walking," Pavlenko said. "He wasn't running. He was walking so slow. He dropped the thing he used to load bullets, and he just slowly picked it up and put back in again."

Maybe it is because I grew up around guns, but it just surprises me sometimes how little people know. Also it sounds like he didn't know much about guns himself. Gun was stolen from a friend and he shot 60 rounds into a mall full of people and only 2 dead and a handful injured (as far as I can tell, not much info on injuries). I'd hate to see what somebody who knows firearms well could do to a mall full of people... Luckily it seems like the ones that know guns, etc. are not the crazy ones, think that is just a coincidence? haha

That's what we said. Holy shit how lucky was that.

I guess the 2 killed were in their 50's...man and woman and the one in critical is 15 I think.

Could of been so much worse.

Christmas is stressful enough for familys and now add a death to their troubles for the rest of their lives. Every December 11th they have to remember this shit.

World is going to shit real quick.

I don't even have kids yet...

In my engineering physics class today, we were discussing thermodynamics and my teacher said he doesn't think there will be any gasoline engines left off the road in 50 years if not sooner. Seems crazy! and will completely change our offroading scene unless electric motors can compete with our high powered gasoline engines by then. Could be better for us I guess. haha

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
No, that is why you need to lock your RIFLES up and TEACH your kids how to properly use your guns. :D I love having my own weapons, but my "friends" will never know where they are located in my house or the combo to my safe. Also, my little boy, when old enough, will be taught how to properly use/clean/shoot a weapon.

So much potential for electric offroad rigs. Imagine an electric engine on each wheel. No axle angles to limit your flex for independent suspension...plus gobs and gobs of instant torque. Don't have to worry about blowing up diffs either...or drivelines.

Mike, you got those stupid bright LED reverse lights, right? I can't seem to find the website for them. Got sandwiched between a couple cop cars that were dealing with a fender. Had that awkward realization that not only are my tags expired, but a reverse light is out and a mirror is broke and I don't have mudflaps. Thankfully they were to sketched out by my missile boxes in the bed to notice any of the other stuff. :p

Just motors, plus battery technology isn't quite up to par yet... but yes there is a lot of potential, would just make a really poor expo rig though...
