Nice pics! I've never seen snow, much less driven in it. That looks like fun. So is it worst being stuck in mud or snow?

I hate mud. I love snow. I'd rather be stuck in the snowZ. Usually it doesn't take much effort to be recovered.

Snow washes off much easier. It's also pretty easy to be stuck in a very small amount of snow because it will turn to ice under your tires if you start spinning...

Great thread! We, the Reno crew, are supposed to head out for some snow wheeling towards the end of the month. Hopefully I'll have some photos to post then.

If you guys all aired down to 5-7 psi you'd do a lot better. Even in the packed snow like on that trail.

I agree. No one had beadlocks though. And smallish tires + stock wheels + 5 psi= not staying seated.

    I won't go below 8 without beadlocks, most won't go below 15.

I always stay in the 14 range with 33s and no BLs as well but my last trip I said fuck it and went down to 10 psi and never had a problem. Rode like that for 3 days. Haha I almost didn't wanna air back up! Wish the ride was that smooth all the time

Mine look a lot more flat than yours at 8 psi. What size are yours?

Your tire is a load range D. Mine are C so they flex a little more. Either way your truck looks good. Happy wheelin'. I'm going to come up to Canada sometime to play in the snow.
