    According to All-Pro's instructions (meant for installing Timbrens, but applies here), use a big pair of channel-lock pliers to grab the hexagonal portion of the bumper.

    Is this a comparison between old and new pads, or did one pad wear faster than the other pad in the same caliper? The latter is unusual for non-floating calipers.

    Get one of the cookie scoops, like an ice cream scoop, with the lever to push the dough out. Makes them all pretty close to uniform size.

    Yes. We do use an ice cream scoop. The problem we have is cookies that don't lose their puffiness after they exit the oven. Lol they are awesome right after.. but then become pancakes..butter vs margarine...how much oil etc...
