    Also, I would not use kitty litter because it would make it difficult to clean out. Just use the blue liquid that is used in port-a-potties, or they are available at camping stores also. That way you can just flush the contents down the toilet in your apartment when it's time to empty it.

    the 5 gallon bucket with the kitty litter is my favorite idea so far.

    what about some type of deal with a hole going out the wall and a little receptacle you pee in to which the contents would drain outdoors? would be fairly easy. drill a hole , do some pvc magic, and there you have it. . maybe put up a curtain around it?

    as for the ladies... :notsure:

    I thought about this for my deer blind.

    I was planning on sinking a 55gal plastic barrell with a bunch of holes drilled in it...mini perk tank really.

    Then filling it part way with pea gravel and running some PVC up into my blind, where I'd put an Y so that the pipe continues vertical and Y's. Pee in the Y, you could cap it to eliminate smells and at the vert portion have a small collection of water to 'flush' with' with a valve.
