Ha! Broken hands a cool man

 

Hand wasn't broken although it sure felt broken for the next 4 weeks or so... Damn near couldn't use it it was so swollen and tender. Still have a scar from it. haha They always told us not to get your hand in there because it would take it off, well I still don't doubt that it would take a finger off, but I was lucky enough to have my whole hand in there, still amazing that it didn't break a bone.

 

Well shitty man. Glad it didn't break. I'm sure mine will haunt me in my old age later.

Glad shit worked out tho.

 

yeah... I broke my wrist when I was 13 and I have a hard time doing barbell curls because of it... Wasn't even a bad break either.

 

Wrists are the worst. Aren't there like 23 bones in there?? Bad to break those. Glad I didn't do that.

 

just wanted to say Brady's energy bill does'nt hold a candle to my liquor bill.

 

Depends on where you start the wrist I guess. haha I broke the head of the Ulna where it meets the hand though. IIRC there are 7 little bones in the hand wrist area (I helped my wife memorize them all for her grad program) after than there are 5 longer bones, one for each finger and the thumb that are basically webbed together by the palm, them you have all the bones in the individual fingers.

You weren't part of our group yet Brady..but at my first TW meet where Ben mike Lisa tony and I all met for the first time in boulder MT (about 5-6 hours from my house) my blocker heater somehow popped out the morning we were going to hit the trail. Dumped all my coolant. My dad had to come tow me back home(cue Ben with the pic of my truck on the trailer)

It was the start of how I got such a bad rep at meets haha every meet I have been too shit has hit the fan for me or something similar. Only time it hasn't was this August for the magruder (well..sorta) and the mt meet n August. S I'm on a good streak now! Haha

 

Got ya. I was thinking a block heater as in, the heater that you plug in over night to keep the oil warm for winter starts.

Is this the heater core that is used to heat the cab via heat from the motor or are we talking something else? I don't know motors all that well. haha, just the concept and a few little things here and there.

 

Its an inline rad hose heater that heats up the coolant for the engine block. Helps with cold start ups
