EWWWWWW!! i was going to wait until these came out before i bought the Tacoma and gosh I'm glad i didn't wait that thing is hideous. the GMC isn't as bad but yuck.

Good old GM, still using push rods and their non-coil on plug set ups. I can't wait to hear how reliable their direct injection will be.

I guess gone are the days when you didn't have to be 7 foot tall to reach into the bed of a full size pickup...and not have to climb into it.

 

You should at least post apples to apples. Thats the Ford Harley Davidson version, loaded, and Dodges loaded version whatever it is. The GM version posted is the LS interior.... which anyone who knows Chevy will tell you that meas "less stuff". Just sayin'.

I'm 6'3", and I just hate the LOOK of the new style trucks with the tall beds.

They do it so they can advertise increased cargo capacity.

Take an 8x6x2ft bed.
Add a foot to the bed height, make it 2ft shorter, and they still pick up 12 cubic feet.

 

Square wheels are the way to go. Massive contact patch for vastly better grip in corners.

 

I figured it was just a macho thing. Never thought about the total cargo capacity.

I think it looks improved over the current gen, even the wheel wells do. The current ones wheel wells look retarded, there barely wider than the tire diameter but like 3 feet tall.

 

Don't care what the haters say, I like it! Well the Sierra anyway, not really into the new Silverado's looks at all. I like the interiors as well.
