Nope just randomly received them. They actually came yesterday but I had them sent to my girlfriends on campus address and she didn't get them till today lol

 

Hmmm, nice, maybe I will be able to install this weekend.

 

I received mines on 12/5/12.... But I'm not too far from them

 

Talked to Zack today or actually 12/6/12 and said that they are working on getting the orders drop shipped from Ridgid. The people that have received there's already are ones that they had in stock. The rest are coming directly from Ridgid.

 

bummer i am so anxious i cant wait till it gets here

 

Just received my My Christmas present to my self. Here is a couple of pics of my lights thru 1 OFFMOTORSPORTS from Rigid Industries. These are going in the rear bumper.

Glad everyone is happy! Sorry that some are waiting on drop shipments as the distributor did not have stock of all models. I'm sure they will get to you soon!

 

Any idea how long the wait will be before they ship out the remaining orders? I'm dieing to install my Duallys!

 

Not off hand, give Chris a call tomorrow and see if Rigid mentioned a lead time to him.

 

I called yesterday and left a message, haven't heard back yet (not even 24 hrs yet so I'm not suggesting bad service or anything) but ill post if they let me know as well.

I have emailed Chris to see if he can get info from Rigid since they are being shipped directly from them.

Finally got home, and there's the box waiting! Excited to install it behind the grill w/ BAMF's hardware. Thanks for putting this together, Matt! Company was great to deal with, too!

At this time all items that were in stock have been mailed. The remaining items had to come directly from Rigid. So any delay may be from manufacturing, etc.

Once I hear back I will post and update.

 

You guys have to remember that its not like this vendor is a huge warehouse such as 4wheelparts or autoanything so they dont have every single RI product in stock. Therefore any wait you guys are experiencing is from RI and not from the vendor so there isn't much the vendor can do other than get on RIs back which I'm sure he is doing.

Np, these guys will definitely have my business again, and even if I hadn't received my purchase as fast as I did I would still do business with them again just because of how helpful they were. Great guys

 

Any word? I've left two messages over the last 2 weeks with no reply. I realize they are a small operation and this is a group buy so there are certain concessions on the part of the buyer, but a call back would be nice.

 

Just called the phone number listed on the 1st page and spoke to one of the guys. My contact is in the middle of moving and hasn't been in the office to check on your status. Give them a call or send me a PM with your name and phone number and I will have them call you. Maybe even what your ordered.......since all I have is Sean from a made up place in Alabama for you.
