The problem with gun control is that when wacko's like this don't have access to a gun, they will go all Timothy McVey on soft targets like this. Then the collateral damage goes way up. Too bad there isn't a registry of soft targets that wouldn't be missed......I am sure we can all think of a few....

 

I feel you brother,. I am crying as well. As a father I can not comprehend why a young man would shot his mother, them turn the gun on innocent little children ,wanting to do nothing but get to lunch..I pray for the families and our nation.

 

This is just sickening. Sitting here at home watching the news with my mom. Prayers to all those involved. Hoping nobody turns this into a political debate. Just heard that the killer's mom worked at the school and some of the students were her students.

 

It's up, just too many people accessing it. Try adding him as a friend, "Too many friend requests"

i think it's just people trying to get more information out of it all. incase y'all haven't heard there's been a 2nd shooter suspected and he's in custody.

 

God, this is just sickening. My prayers go out to the families, friends, and loved ones...actually everybody. This shit affects us ALL.

I believe that all those children are in in a better place now. If I am EVER in a situation like this, you'd better believe I would do anything in my power to take a fucker out even if it means sacrificing my own life...

I'm a parent. How do you live the rest of your life?

Go home and see the Christmas tree, your childs presents under the tree, their toys their bedroom...UGH...i'm so pissed off and sad right now.

So fucking pissed.


I pray those parents and the other kids that witnessed all that, that will be traumitized for life, have the strength to get thru.

Any more info on that? I heard them say something very brief about it but it was never brought up again. Makes me so pissed, just killing that guy doesn't seem like enough to me, should've taken him alive and tortured him on public televison

I have a cousin who lives in Sandy Hook and her kids go to that school, luckily they are home and safe. Just hope they didn't hear or see anything while in the school. My heart goes out to the families in Sandy Hook as well as the community.

I can't imagine also being an emergency responder and walking into that classroom of little bodies. I couldn't handle that, either. Respect for the folks who do the hard job.
