What about them? It's easier to count carbs when all you're ingesting is straight carbs.

I've gotten to where I am without being a stickler when it comes to counting calories, I don't really need to because I don't compete. I eat what I feel my body needs for the amount of activity I do, when I wanna gain weight, I add more stuff to my diet. I don't have the time or the regimen to sit down and poke around with calories and how much this weighs and that weighs. I sit in a patrol car and respond to calls, that in and of itself fucks with my meal times because I can't be in the middle of a domestic disturbance and say wait a minute guys, I gotta eat.

And then go to the jail and book the fucker in, then go write a report and in the mean time get another call.

I could do shakes, but I don't wanna be drinking protein 90% of the day cuz it's tough to shit with 30 lbs of gear around your waist.

I could make my own protein bars and snacks, which I have done in the past and probably will do again here soon, since I am about to be a single officer car.

Counting the macro's during a work week is the least of my worries.

so i know a few months ago i wanted to get thicker so i started deadlifting like a mad man, tonight routine went 225x10, 245x10, 265x10, making progress after my knee injury!

anyways... now that I'm getting thicker through the middle it looks like a have a belly(not really a belly but it makes my chest look smaller maybe)from the side, its solid muscle and my 6 pack hasn't changed, do i need to lay off the reads and let my chest catch up?
