    Thanks a lot guys! I'm super excited. As far as a housewarming party, I'm down. There are only two bedrooms so most of you feckers will have to bring air mattresses or tents but we will have plenty to do, especially during the summertime. I will also probably be making it available for rent to responsible people (which rules out most of you ;) ) for a cheap rate.
