Turus 38 hammerless, cheep, good stopen power,EZ to use 5 or 6 shot, Not a prom Queen , but will get the job done .. If you fire 5 rounds at some one . most will be 100 yards out by the # 5 and picking up speed.

I have around 30 mags  I think I have around 10 pmags

I've never been a fan of SIG but they're solid. For a double action fool proof pistol I like the XD. Call or text me with any questions, before I was a grunt I grew up shooting IPSC/USPA/3 gun/class III. I was practically raised on the range.

The 226 is a fine weapon. The only thing i dont particuarly care about it is that it's a DA/SA pistol. Meaning that (unless you always have the hammer back) the first trigger pull is heavier than the rest. I prefer my trigger pull to be the same every shot. Other pistols like the glocks, M&p's, XD's and my favorite the Walther PPQ have the same trigger pull everytime due to there internal hammer being cocked when you cycle the action. As others have said, you just need to go to a shop and handle all of the guns you are considering and decide which one feels best for you. If you have a range near you that rents guns that's even better because you can try shooting all of them. For the 9mm vs .40, in my opinion with a quality 9mm rounds you will have sufficient firepower and less recoil resulting in better follow up shots. Plus the 9mm is typically an easier round for a girl to handle. You really can't go wrong with a sig 226, Springfield XDM, S&W M&P 9, or a Glock 19 or any of the revolvers mentiond. All have there pros and cons, and the best way to figure it out is for both of you to go to a range and try them all out.

You could also just get rid of the cats and get yourself a fine dog to protect you...

I am trying to find a damn stripped lower for my AR building but everyone is sold out. I am gonna go up to a gun shop near me and see if they have any.

I also have a LCP for my carry and love it. I carry my 1911 also when it cools off and I can wear a jacket to hide it alittle better.

Trying to get this AR done before they try and ban them.

I carry a ruger LC9 and love how easily I can hide it. My 45 sits beside my bed. Lost the dog war to the wife and have two ankle biters. Sigh.....

    Morning all!

Anybody know if they have an online petition that counteracts the one they have going that is in favor of strengthening gun laws? It had over 25,000 signatures just a few hours after the White House posted it.
