I just opened the top dash to change the bulb in my fog light switch
and noticed this extra wire connection in white
its not connected to the switches it was just laying there

Does anybody know what they go to or could be used for
would be nice to utilize it for a MOD on a cold rainy day

Its got my curiosity going for sure
like I said everything was hooked up and
it does not fit any of the socket plugs on the existing switches
I just tore back into it and looked behind the dash thoroughly and I cannot see what it is to be attached to its just an extra wire harness

Is this a new to you vehicle, or are you the one and only owner?

I have the same extra wires in my 07 I4 SR5. I just figured they were part of the wiring harness for the option of the Diff Locker. But im guessing not now because you already have that.

Vehicle Stability Control switch, Downhill Assist Control switch, or Roll Sensing Curtain Airbag switch.

One of the three. Probably the RSCA switch, or DAC since they were available in 2005 while the VSC switch was not.

My money is on the RSCA switch.
