    Depending on where I'm at I've worked anywhere from 40 - 80 + at times. But I'm Salary with Hourly over time. Kinda wierd, but works well for what I do.

    My normal required hours are 7-4 M-F so only 45hrs.

    I used to have that and I loved it. So did the company I worked for at the time. I got sales up real high. Sadly that was 8 years ago and I maxed out quick at that company.

    Now I'd rather have a yearly salary with some sort of incentive and/or commission.....I'm getting lazy. Who wants to catch 1,000 small fish when you can land 100 big ones :D
