It would be about like squeezing my mirrors through there, which I thought was going to be iffy but it was just fine. How are the bedsides rated, are the measurements how much bigger they are over stock?

This guy (btnewman) has glass works fenders and bedsides and the bedsides are 4.5". Not sure what the fronts are, either 3.5" or 6.5", I'm leaning towards the 3.5" though. Anyway he fit through there just fine and his mirrors are still a little wider than his fenders.

I have 4" flare, 3" rise glassworks bedsides. Below shows how far they stick out in comparison with a 1st gen Tundra axle underneath it.

What do you mean "rated"? The bedsides don't support any weight that rests on the rails or the top of the bedsides, the bed itself supports it. Both stock and fiberglass bedsides don't provide much structural support.

Either way, I don't rely on the bedsides to support the weight of the expo rack or RTT. I have removeable uprights that are built into my bedcage that's welded strait to the frame.

Dis..is why I want LT front

As for the specs thing I do have 1.5" wheel spacers on a 4" BS wheel. So I have 2.5" BS on a 12.5 wide tire.

With a full TC 3.5" over kit my wheels will be just a bit wider as I plan on getting a less offset wheel as well. Ill still be pretty wide just like Jason as I want a tundra axle as well to make them match.

By rating I meant does a 4" flare mean it is 4" wider than factory fenders or are they measuring at a different point. Like with shackle lengths, sometimes they are referred to by how long they are and sometimes by how much longer than stock they are, or how much lift over stock they will provide.

Also at that point I didn't take into account of tires sticking out past the wider fenders like yours do, so that would make it pretty tight. My tires are even with my fender flares right now so that is why I didn't think of that.

Or too run tires bigger than 35's without the risk of breaking some every time you go out.

From outside of tire to outside of tire that makes you about 4" wider than me.

Idk but I didn't feel like my 4.5" flares were 4.5" over stock. Stock 4wd flares are about 2-2.5" flare(1st gen) so I think it's from a differs point. Like whatever my 2wd fender were.

    And 4"..haha nice..will be 6-7 eventually.

You're just saying that because you don't have LT or wide tires;) When you get them one day your story will change;) haha

Plus when you are with other guys what is wrong with hauling ass and leaving everyone when you can, and then stopping to stretch your legs, take pics, take a leak or whatever while everyone catches up:cool:

I get okay mileage for overland stuff it's crawling where it takes a shit.

Ill hopefully have 15 gals of extra fuel tho...so..should be around 300-400 miles range..maybe that'll go up after a regear :notsure:
