    How tall is the basket. I'd keep the lights as low and slim as possible.

    I can tell you that I put 4 hella 500s on my roof he first go around and the air drag was HORRIBLE. Couldn't even hardly go up hills at 55. Lost 2mpgs as well. That's why they fold down this go around :p

    I'd get two small square ones like KCs and HID them.

    It's just under 5 1/2" tall. I was really thinking about a bar but dang they're pricey!!

    Total height of the the whole thing. It's low profile, I didn't want it any higher than 6

    Not really. You want long range spot lights mounted high. Ain't an LED bar out there(yet) that can compete with a normal lens light for distance. Especially HID ones.

    Don't let lumen numbers blind you (pun intended). That's a marketing thing just like how speaker say "600w speaker!!!" When really it's a 30w rms speaker.
