Yea it is, my MPG dropped from the 19+ to 17-18. For whatever reason, I notice it much more in this truck than any other vehicle Ive driven.

No lol. I love my truck. But I'm being serious. Why a big drop in mpg going from a load e tire to a p rated. Wouldn't it be the other way around. I don't wanna beat this to death but something is wrong here.

i’m getting the same thing. when i got the truck i could 370 miles to a tank easy and t=not even baby it. when i got new tires. i could still get a good 340 to 350 a tank. i’m getting low 200’s now. and like you said it’s like every time i fill up it gets worse. i think i’m going to change the spark plugs i did not do that at 30k. maybe get a drop in dry air filter. i now i need a cabin air filter. idk why i keep getting such bad MPG when i have not changed my driving much at all since i got my truck,(hell when i got the thing i use to really get on the gas all the time, i kinda came from a scion xb) i don’t have a lift or bumpers or tool box or anything. only think i have added is 265/75R16 terra grapplers, weather techs, new head unit, vent visors. and plasti dipped my emblems and rear bumper. i should be getting close to 330 to 350 miles a tank.

By the way, why the hell does this truck put the gas light on so soon. Last week the gas light went on, I drive 50 miles with it on and went to fill up. Only took 18.5 gallons. That meant I could have gone another 2 and a half gallons and could of up it to 75 plus. Am I stupid or what. Going 75 miles after the light goes on. That's freaking crazy.

That's true but still. I drive so slow people honk at me lol. Everytime I fill up, it's going down 5 miles on a tank. It's crazy I think by late jan, I'll be only getting 200 lol.

Would you rather have it tell you 5 miles before your empty or actually give you enough warning to get to the gas station?

As far as your MPG, it's probably a combination of your driving habits and the type of driving you do. If you do a lot of stop and go, are you accelerating slowly or hitting it off the line only to slam on the brakes at the next light 100' ahead? Regardless, stop and go will kill your MPG's and the winter blend doesn't help either. I dropped to 19 MPG with the winter blend :D

Yeah I would rather have the light come on and give me like 20 miles but 75!!!!!!!. That's too much. I don't get it. Stupid stupid and more stupid.

I can understand having winter gas and stop and go really affecting it but I drive slow, I break easy. I never slam on them at all. I feel like my grandmother driving lol. My parents drive slow and they even complained cause I was driving to slow. So....... I know winter blend is gonna make it worse but from 18 mpg to about 13 , 14 in the winter. Seems like a huge difference to me. I had a hemi ram 5.7 lt and I wasn't as bad as this truck. Idk. I'll stop talking about it. I'll go back to work now

I bet the go-pro videos look nicer. I've got a water/ shock/ freeze/ proof fuji point and shoot(so the sticker on the camera says) that takes video that i'd like to make a mount up for similar to a go-pro. Be neat to get some shots under the truck.

This was just a window mount for an old android phone that I usually used for data logging/ recording in my car using the torque app during auto-x and track days. In cab video's never seem to look as good or convey what it's actually like compared to outside mounts.

I'll see if I can remember to bring the DSLR next time to get some stills.

Thanks man, the trails are on the CT/RI border. We met in Putnam CT then drove about 8 miles into RI.

Nothing anymore. I sold it cause that was all I used it for and couldn't really justify payments that sat in my garage 98% of the time.

    I had an 09 cobalt ss/tc.

Now my 92 yota minitruck is relegated to rallycross duty.

Change plugs. And that burnout I saw in Facebook doesn't help. I get 420 on a tank so like 27-29 mpg. Haha
