Ok damage report from the East End........Dune Road in Hampton Bays is washed away as the dunes have been washed into the sea. Power is spotty, 200 yards of bulkheading is gone and 20 feet of cliff has eroded to put my house 1 feet from a 40 foot cliff. Fun Fun......all and all most of the East End was spared considering the damage in island and Staten Island and in Lower NYC. Hope all is safe and well with you all. Check in when you guys get power back.

    Safe travels fellas and ladies.

A boat broke free during the storm and washed up next to the house with minimal damage to both the house and boat. We had about 4 ft of water damage in the house.

First and foremost, after everything the area has been through i hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving. It definitely puts things in perspective. If anyone needs help with anything, please let me know. if i have the time, I will.
Having said that, has any locals done the heated mirror mod..successfully?

I'm not on here too much, but I'm down to meet up with you guys somewhere. I still see sometimes in the winter some of the car clubs meet at like a local mc donalds or something with their cars or hot rods.

I got my beach pass for suffolk county, but never had a chance this year to get out and wheel for a bit.

Hope everyone is ok from Sandy...b*tch really got us good. I'll try to get here more often and check this thread.

yeah, i'm down. I'd like to get some kind of meet going.....I realize we don't have to many places to go 4 wheeling on the island but plenty of parking lots, atleast for now to get it started.....whose in and any suggestions for a place? I have a county pass but not the state, but probably will get the state one too next year!.......I'm in port jeff station but i'd travel.....

They didn't take anything, it's sitting at the repair shop right awaiting insurance to come and give it an estimate. Just glad I didn't kill anyone with my tire
