    I might be crazy? no...I am..lol

I recently put together a new online forum for Sanitation workers and all the people connected with refuse, landfill, mechanics etc. I am trying to get it out there to see how much interest it gets. I just got it going this week. Locally it seems to be going good. Just about everybody relies on this service so you all have or know a Sanitation person taking care of you? I hope !
Love us or Hate us..its a job and somebody's got to do it. So help a brother out and pass this @. Thanks Taco World...brother Kimo...aka Gman

Ya, he's probably just sleep deprived. Not a good excuse to be a dick though!
I appreciate 99.9% of my customers. I also do dumpsters...front load commercial route. It pays the bills and I have never been layed off...unlike my wife...she just got layed off again, insur. field, 4 x's in 3 yrs. Companys keep restructuring ? oh well. We have a roof over us and the fridge is full, life is good !

    keep on truckin,,kimo

Heck no, deff not his first stop, almost his lunch time..lol I am up at 3am, 20 min commute, shift starts at 4:30, leave Sani yard at 5am to go wake up the City..lol I try to do industrial and shopping centers early though, apartments later on. But then you get the damn school traffic...uhg
I tell you, there is no crazier driver than a Mom rushing her little ones off to school. I see it all. People eating cereal or shaving while they are driving..lol
It is a jungle out there !

I appreciate the sanitation guys. I think it is a very thankless job.
We had one company in our neighborhood (large national company) and their guys were always grumpy and if things were not put out exactly the way they wanted it they would just leave it. When they are done going through the street trash cans were scattered everywhere.
Then another company took over half the County's routes, including my street, and they are totally different. They are always smiling, always wave, always put the cans back where they got it, or turn them upside down when they are wet inside etc. It makes a huge difference.

I appreciate your support. Ya, it does make a difference when you take a little pride in your job and put a customers cart or cans or dumpster back where they set it out. And pick up anything dropped on the ground or scattered by animals.
Do me a favor Taco Brother, tell your Gman about my new forum and I will mail you a cool "I love my Gman" sticker, just PM me your details after you see those guys. I am trying to get this Nationwide and beyond.
In fact, I will mail a sticker to the first 25 people that tell their Sanitation worker about my site. I hope you live in a big City, but no matter, the next 25 people that spread my forum will get one. THEY ARE COOL !newgmansticker1_zpsc4b6a2c2_767bc0854e825086888e145da42a71c7209a5efc.jpg

Hope your new forum takes off, OP!

Congrats on your Gov. job. They are getting harder to come by these days. I work for our local Gov. City of Santa Cruz. I hate politics though:mad:
I am hoping to keep this thread going to get some of my Taco bro;s to tell their Gmen and spread the forum.

    Thanks, Gman aka-Kimo

Since I started this forum the 3rd of Dec. there has been 3 people killed because they fell asleep in a garbage dumpster and ended up crushed to death in a garbage Truck across North America. I recently had a Blanket drive to donate to our local shelter and bring attention to this problem. I have dumped a guy in my Truck before and my fishing buddy coworker killed a guy a few years ago here.It bothered him to the point he said screw it and went back to a residential route.
So please taco brothers, never get so drunk you end up passing out in a dumpster this New Years, or any other time for that matter. Cause its not just the homeless people doing this dangerous stunt ! I have had a few drunks in dumpsters that were just trying to avoid being drunk in public or risking a DUI.
Thank you for reading this if you made it to the end. PASS IT ON !!!

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A SAFE WEEKEND AND A HAPPY NEW YEARS !!!
