    This place on Foothill. Its called Steve's Tinting. I'll admit its probably one of the more expensive places I've seen, but its way better than a hole in the wall tint shop. They offer more than "dark, medium, light" like most places. This place you can choose % of tint as well as different types. For example they have tint with a metal inside to protect better against heat and sun rays etc, but it also can interfere with cell signal if put on the front windows. They explain all that stuff to you and help you decide what's best. All tints are on a sample display too. Once you choose, all window patterns are computer cut for a perfect fit rather than hand cut which can scratch glass and leave choppy edges.

    I have no reason to promote this place but I am giving it such a positive push because I have had 3 of my own vehicles tinted there, and been a very happy customer every time. My family has had 5 other vehicles done there, true oldest being done back in 2002 over 10 years ago... the tint still looks brand new like day 1. No major fadding and it never turned purple and peeled like the cheap tint does. Its 100% lifetime warranty also. If it wasn't for such a great first hand experience with several vehicles and over 10 years with that place, I wouldn't waste my time typing this.

    Only warning is you get what you pay for... so yes, prepare to spend around $150+ on tint, but you will never have to get it redone, ever.

    Other people local who have seen my truck can vouch for my tint and say of they like it or not... so far I've had lots of interest.

    X2.... I was gonna respond to the original request for a recommendation for a tint shop, but couldn't remember the name of this place. I get all my vehicles done here as well and have never had to return for any issue ever. As mentioned, it ain't cheap, just the best quality you could ask for. I think it's Foothill and Benson if I recall, in Upland. They have a shop within the car wash facility on the NW corner. Good call Proforce.
