Cuz when your LBJ fails the tire falls off

so what? The leaf springs fell off then the wheel fell off as well? WTF is wrong with that truck?

 

I couldn't really tell if there was a skid mark or not from the rotor. I just don't see why else the rotor would be sitting on the ground and what looks like the missing tire being in the bed unless the tire fell off.

 

Exactly, the whole hub assembly would go but it would have to cause the upper BJ to fail as well to do that. Unless the LBJ failing and causing the tire to jerk or something from the loss of control were to cause enough force to sheer off all the lug studs.

I can't tell if that is the hanger or not.

No looks like the wheel studs sheared off

 

Over tightened them maybe, although that usually warped the rotor inside or ruining the studs, or did like Adam and severely weakened them from when he jumped his truck.

yeah mine does it like every other day.. just means i have pit crew skills.

I have HD longer wheel studs.. factory studs on first gens arent long enough on aloy wheels which really stresses them when some one doesnt use a tourqe wrench and they come loose. seen this happen many times thats y i bought studs 10mm longer than the factory and about 30% stronger cus i abuse my shit after i TOURQE IT DOWN.

 

Yep too much torque.

The fronts are on the short side. Why I'm running extended threaded lugs.

 

Looks like he just got some work done... I'd say on his drivers front hub/ wheelbearing judging by the nice shiney metal near the axle nut.
