Never got them period...the deal fell through, so I'm still looking to save up for a set.

Found a set of Icons, will be installing within the next few weeks, along with a new set of bump stops.

Still debating on sliders or snorkel first. I'm leaning towards sliders.

ICON Extended travel Coilovers, Custom leaf pack, custom sliders and F&R bumpers, 295 75 17 Toyo Open Country MT's, On-Board air with F+R connectors, On-Board water with quick disconnect shower.Trimmed fenders and body mount chop. LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
Sliders are the way to go. It's easier to ding them then ding your doors and not be able to open them. :D

I just wish they were a bit cheaper. $400 + shipping and powdercoat is crazy. I want some BAMF's with kickouts.

Thank Jay! Just a generic number I picked!

Mid-Travel setup is complete! Icon Remote Reservoir Extended Travel coilovers are installed! I have a .5" bro-lean, but it's barely noticeable.

I had the billies set at 2.5" so there was a lot of preload on the stock TRD OR springs. It rode pretty stiff...these are almost exactly the same in most on-road situations, but when hitting potholes or speed bumps, it's rides like a caddy. It's amazing how well it soaks up the hits and drops.

Before installing these, my rear setup outperformed my front, and now the rear feels very stiff compared to the coilovers in front.

Yeah I put it between the rear seat backs LOL.

In CA, it needs to be visible but out of the driver's reach. Stupid laws...

and thats BS. if thats the case may want to check about the knife. i know mine is fine between drive seat and console. i have had a cop in my truck and also saw me put it where it is.

and i had a machete under my back seats for a little bit.

Yeah I put the Gerber in the same spot you have yours...for now. I may find/fabricate a seat cover with a bunch of military style pockets on the back and find a way to mount it exposed on there.

oh nice. i have moved it around a bunch. than found that spot. main reason i want it where i can get to it, is incase someone tries to brake in at a red light or something, i think i could brake the window with the back of the handle if i needed to get out. also if i go on a short hike i can take it with me still since it’s not mounted.

    So guys,

Sold the bestop today to my good friend and Taco buddy, Kenny (Krans).

Looking to build a bed rack system, similar to this one built by Avid Off-Road.

Very nice build man, we have similar taste. I love my Bestop Soft Top too and I'm looking to get those bushwackers eventually as well.
