    Technically, yes. But it wasn't connected to anything...not sure where to connect it when climbing up or down. I connect it to the tree once I am up there. The aluminum ladder buckled when climbing (no idea why)...right where the first and second segment of the three segment ladder attaches. The flange buckled. Stand was less than a week old. First and last time I use that one!

    Yes...I am assuming it was a tooth that went through it. I remember falling then waking up on the ground very confused, dizzy, and seeing spots.

    I'll be back there out on Thursday - only twelve days left. :)

    Ladder stand - 2 person. Not sure how long the segments are, but it is an 18.5 foot stand...the one that is on sale at Dick's right now for $99. LOL.

    I historically have always used a summit climber, but our new property doesn't have many trees that work with a climber and I wanted to get in an area overlooking their bedding spots. Old oak trees that split off six different ways with a 30"+ in diameter trunk don't work well with a climber.

    That isn't a bad idea. I will look into it. Thanks.
