Much respect to those niners, they had a hell of a game tonight and sure as hell held their own ground against the Pats. Good thing they lost, I hate Brady's bunch.

Well, even if Seattle wins out, they're not going to take the NFC West. Unless SF loses at home to AZ anyway. So be it, it's our own damn fault for losing all those early road games. Wild Card time!

Mark Sanchez is not a starting QB. This is a joke. Rex Ryan is obviously not a real head coach, considering Sanchez has been the starter this long this year. I'mnot saying Tebow is better, because he's terrible. But you've GOT to try somethin different.

Little Tommy Boy went 1-3 against the NFC West this year. I think the Pattycakes need to stick to their own crappy division! :D

Why on earth the Jets even acquired Tebow is beyond me. Not saying I think he's great but when your starter isn't the answer and you had to have TT why start anyone else?

I think ownership pushed to acquire Tebow and Ryan didn't really want him.

It really has to suck since he lost his jerb to the bama QB who iced the end of his college career.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I think this year, the seachickens are only one step below the Pats.

    .
So I heard that one of their corners is out and the other is in some kind of beef for violating the substance abuse policy.
That should bode well for us watching Crabtree and Co victimize the Pats secondary last Sunday.
Kap only made two mistakes last game, a bad throw that got intercepted and taking a sack way back, not too shabby for a second year guy. I think Kap's best assets are the ability to go through his reads quickly and how damn fast we can get a ball to a receiver. That TD throw to Crabby worked mainly because the ball got to him quicker which allowed Crabby to start his run before the cover knew what was happening. The receiving core has been working with Kap for a few weeks now and is starting to get the hang of catching those hard thrown balls. It's evident because last Sunday there were less dropped balls than the week before. Most QB's throw between 50 and 55 mph, Kap's come at you as fast as 60 MPH! The only thing he has to learn really is knowing when to float the balls over the cover man rather than trying to rifle it in there. I'm still concerned about our ability to convert 3rd downs, it has not been good, that is the key to keeping the opposing offense off the field.
Coach said that Justin will probably play sunday which is good, he is the key to freeing up Aldon to go fuck QBs up.
DeSawn Goldson reminds me of Ronnie Lott back in the day, there was a 15yd personal foul on a hit last sunday and Coach didn't look all that shocked on camera, I think that's part of the plan to hit the receivers so hard that by the half, they're not so keen to go catch balls across the middle any more. Coach will give you check-down passes and posts are always hard to defend but if you come across the middle you are going to get hurt. If Brown and Rodgers can take away the deep threat and Goldson takes away the middle that only leaves short passes and screen passes out to the flats and Lynch to run. Which will probably suit Seattle just fine as their QB will only have time to throw two-three step passes at the most anyways.
LeMicheal James is an good young RB and looks to be a pretty good return guy, I think Kyle Williams and Ted Ginn were starting to wonder if they still have jobs after last sunday. His return reminded me a little of Devon Hester in his prime. Notice how a defender got wrapped on him and he still got 15 more yards?
I texted my Niner-honk friend before the game and I was saying that we can't play it safe on offense, we'd have to attack the whole game, good thing we did.
Radio was saying that Sunday's game will be a low-scoring game, i really doubt that, maybe not 31-34 but it won't be 17-10, Lynch is too good of a RB and one of the very few (Minn, Peterson being the other), who has gotten consistent yardage off of our defense.
I love the Seattle games mainly because it's Pete Carrol and Jim Harbaugh who played against each other in the Pac 10, they really don't like each other and you can see it on the field, it's gonna be nasty, hard hitting and punches will be thrown.
Because we beat NE, this game isn't AS critical as it could have been but it's divisional which makes it personal.

Well, Seattle held SF to 13 points in their own house. The Pattys gave up 41 points to SF at home. You make the call.

Both teams have a MUCH better D than the Patriots. The Pats aren't quite the sieve they were last year but still a long way to go from where they were 10 years ago on that side of the ball. Not even close to compare their D to the 9ers or Seaurchins..
