    Make apple pie with the everclear. Then we will see if you're a fan...

    1 gal of Apple juice
    1 gal of Apple cider
    2 cups of sugar
    1 tsp of cinammon

    Simmer the above ingredients until it is reduced by about half an inch. let it cool completeluy. Add Everclear and enjoy.
