I was always around 18.5-19.5 on my 08. Hoping to get in the same neighborhood before I start going crazy with mods :X

For the most part, yes. Or rather, I did with my 08. From norman -> okc everyday and back for work.

Now I'm a bit closer to my job since I've moved cities and gotten new employment :)

Still mostly highway, but only 5-6 miles one way, rather than 25 :x

Anyone around here pulled the headliner/seats/carpet out of their second gen?

When I did the audio system in my DC, I worked with sound deadener in the doors and on the back panel. But not the headliner/floors.

Just thinking a bit in advance, but if someone's done it and wouldn't mind helping or giving me some pointers on it, I may look at doing the roof and floor this time.

Going to get my 13 DC TRD Sport tomorrow (instead of getting a used one locally) thanks to the advice of a good guy who also directed me over to these forums.

Ex-okie here. Grew up outside Elk City many years ago. 4-wheeled and rode dirt bikes all around that area. I still haven't been able to scrub the red dirt off me yet. I will be down that way this summer and see if there are any good spots left.

Let me know when you get it! We'll have to go have a meet-tacoview-range session and just get all our expensive hobbies in at one time

What's up man. Yeah, I haven't been to the range in a while either, so that would be cool.

Thanks again for the great advice on buying my first Tacoma. I'm a very satisfied customer - already used it to haul some stuff out of the garage today (been needing to for a while and with my 08 Wrangler 2-door, it wasn't getting done anytime soon).

Going out to a pond to get rid of some beavers, and with the recent rain, I hope to at least get it a little dirty trying to find some sort of technical ride out there.

Sure was windy last night/today. Made for a rough night trying to sleep...

Honestly I don't think we will, at least not down here you might get some up in Tulsa.

Perhaps next week. They keep saying in a few days if the storm builds right, but I don't see a projection for any yet.

A little snow wouldn't be too bad I guess!

Nah I still don't foresee any real accumulation at least not in OKC.
