I start work full time the week of the 21st so if I have the 26th off I would go. If not I may be able to head out there in the evening to do some night wheeling if anybody wants to. I'll have my light bar mounted by then so it would be put to good use. Speaking of chains, anybody know where to get a set of good tire chains in town? My dad had me throw his away not too long before I bought my truck. I'm kind of pissed I did that.

How do you like your lights btw. I was looking at getting some of those blitzpro lights cuz there so cheap but I kindda figured you get what you pay for so I decided to hold off till I could see them in person or knew someone who had a set. you got the 6" single row right?

Yeah I got the 6" single row. I like them a lot. Especially for 30 bucks. They seem well built. They really won't take a beating in the place I have them mounted so I'm not too worried about the durability. The mounts are kind of cheap but definitely not bad. I also only got 3 screws for each light rather than 4 but that's not a huge deal.

The 21" bar I bought is definitely stout. A lot better than I expected for what I paid. The paint on it is already chipping off though...I banged it a few times when test fitting it and I may have dropped it off my bumper as well haha. As far as light output, the 6" bars are a really nice flood pattern. Does not throw light really far but that's not what flood lights are supposed to do. The 21" looks like about the same light output as my retro headlights on highbeam, just not as wide. It will fill the a 2 lane road up nicely I think.

sweet. Yea for the price I dont think you can beat it. I just wasnt sure of performance. I dont remember seeing a spot beam pattern so I thought Id go for a 21" bar down in my lower valance and eventually I want to get Hella 4000s and convert them to HIDs for spot beam pattern.

Sounds like a good plan. Yeah Blitzpro doesn't offer any spot patterns as far as I know. "mid range fill" is the closest thing to it lol. Those Hella 4000s look nice. Eventually I want two spots up front as well. Oh and I'm also thinking of getting two more of their 6'' bars as fog lights as well. I have no clue where the hell I'm going to put all those switches though haha.

One more piece of info...the best part of these LED lights is how much they draw. When I shut the truck off they don't even dim. They hardly put any strain on the battery or alternator. The 21'' may be different, but it still only draws 5 amps.

Random question here, who thinks I should try to sell my topper so I can get my front bumper I want?

If it was impulse red and fit for a DC I'd say yes. haha. Otherwise, no. I like my topper too much to give it up for a bumper.

Just ordered new pads and rotors. Merry Christmas to me. So I won't be able to get in on the slider group buy unless I manage to stumble upon a large sum of money in the next few days.

I've actually been really impressed with them, worn evenly, actually had better traction than nick getting over some stuff we went through at our last trail run. Still got some tread on them but it's slowly turning to siping.
