One more for you, for wheels personally I like method, but the stealth customes (SCS) are really winning me over. They are hubcentric, light weight, which is a total plus, and should have the right BS to clear the spindles.

Just throwing this out there as well ;)

Nice. I messaged you back. I'm trying to get the ball rolling on this because come jan 7th, I'm going back to school (after 3 years from graduating with a BA in chemistry! Ha), and my time will be limited.

Also, what's my ballpark estimate on the cost of all this? Obviously, not including labor if my buddy and I decide to do it ourselves.

 The $485 is a GB price and the other is HS's price with free shipping.

so ive been doing a lot of research and i still have some questions for you guys...

-if i am going with just spindles in the front (with the fox coilovers i already have and NO uca's), what type of backspacing and sizing of wheel should i get? im stuck between 285/75/16's and 285/70/17's on a black and/or beadlock-style wheel.

-can i fit a 285/75/16 on a stock wheel with spacers?

-if i still plan on putting stuff in the bed and towing a trailer, what rear set up is the most efficient and isnt SO soft that it will ruin my load capacity? AAL with u-bolts, brake lines and bilsteins? fox's? just AAL's? i would much rather have quality and durability over being cheap and leak/break.

-out of all the types of spindles, are maxtrac's the most cost-effective and durable?

-any trimming needed of the front inner wells when going with spindles and 285s?

while thinking of your answers, keep in mind, i am on the east coast and although i wont be going to the desert to jump this vehicle or go prerunning, i may go to the beach and/or blast some fire roads, small offroad trails....especially if i have a durable set up; so i would much rather know in the back of my mind my sh*t is going to hold up. not going "mudding" or anything that will get me stuck....just something to swing the back end around like in my mkiv supra :)

    ^^

I'm not worried about it. It's his opinion. Everyone's entitled to their own....Even when some are just plain idiotic. I just decided after talking to some people that if I don't have to get glass, I'm not; to save money and so I don't have to worry about where to store my stock fenders.

the biggest difference on running glass with mid travel is depending on he size tire you run ans spacer you wont be able to stuff the tire like this you will just destroy your stock fender

    this is a 35

I'm just a believer if you're going to start a fight on a thread that you didn't start, at least use correct grammar ;)

"Your a piece..." or "you're a piece of shit"

I'm not much help with mid travel lol. I could give advice but I clearly didnt follow the "without the expense" way  But seriously all of the other advice seems pretty good thats why I havent said much. I did mention with a $5k budget and already having coil overs you should have a very capable truck :D

I think I may lower my budget for the time being because I decided to keep my bike. Even so; I still def want spindles, spacers if needed and a rear setup as well. Aftermarket wheels can come anytime...there are buttloads to choose from. Yes buttloads. Tires will come when I put on the spindles bc I want to run a 285 on a stock wheel for the time being.
