    Hi,

I’m selling an FJ/Tacoma front diff assembly complete with actuator and front mounts. The diff came from a 2007 FJ Cruiser and has 55k miles, also the actuator has a little broken plastic piece where it locks to the harness plug but the contacts are intact.

Part # 41110-35A10 is for the Diff Assembly.

Part # 41400-35031 is the Actuator.

Dont have a part # for the mounts.

Note: I am under the impression that the two front mounts are for FJ Cruiser only Not Tacoma!

I'm asking $400 and local pick up only in Norwalk, CA or Los angeles, CA

So the front diff is the same in the tacoma and fj but the mounts are different?

Wow GREAT deal for somebody who blew their front diff...

If I had $400 I'd buy it as a spare and throw a locker in it.

I was using toyotapartszone.com as a reference and could not confirm that the mounts are the same. And I don’t want to mislead anyone to buy anything without full disclosure.
Part # 52380-04061 Diff mount left side for Tacoma

Part # 52380-04071 Diff mount right side for Tacoma

Part # 52391-60030 Diff rear mount for Tacoma (I don’t have)

I don’t have the part # for the FJ mounts. I personally think that Tacoma and FJ have the same mounts but I have not compered them and I can’t confirm.

Yeah, I originally got it for a 2WD-4x4 conversion but found an irresistible deal on a 4x4 and traded in. I was thinking of keeping it as a spare or eventually sending it out for a locker install. But I need (more like want!) other things in the meantime. I’m selling it for what I paid.

Well I was thinking of doing a tcase transplant when my warranty is up. But I'm willing to sell as a bundle and only as a bundle for $800, and local pickup. The tcase is from the same FJ with 55k.

Is it from an auto fj or a manual?

The FJ was an Auto, sir.

A lot of work. But seriously I don’t think it’s that bad, there’s some fabrication work and part sourcing, front diff, FJ tcase, 4x4 trans (internals are the same just need the bell housing for the tcase), and all the little odds and ends you need, drive shafts, mounts, etc... . Here is a link where you can start with research. Also a Tacoma parts list so you can see the difference between a 2wd and 4x4.
