    Hum... It was in November, can't remember exactly on the date. They told me they were on back order and they wouldn't ship until their second shipment came in mid January. Because the December 19th shipment was all spoken for, guess not, because the called me on the 20th and said they shipped. When did you order yours?

    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    I ordered OME kit with Dakar leafs yesterday. They said I should have it by friday. Now I just need to get a jack and stands. Maybe a transmission mount too. Seemed like it had a lot of give last time I greased the u-joints.

    On another note, anyone interested in buying a 303 british? It's bolt action with removable magazine. The stampings on it say it was made in England 1943 by BSA but there are some Savage components. Got an artillery number and the British military "broad arrow" symbol engraved on it too.
    It's sporterized, so no collector value but fun to shoot and good caliber for deer.
    Asking $450 for gun and a couple boxes of ammo.

    I have a couple pics, but I think I've already uploaded them... I asked the guy to get the truck inspected on Friday and he couldn't... So he's supposed to do that Wednesday, I'll have him funds on Thursday, and hopefully the thing will be headed my way on Friday... That's the plan anyways...

    Anything y'all think I should ask the shop for when getting it inspected?

    I mean I'm sure they know what they're doing, I am paying for a "pre-purchase inspection"... They said they're going to check for any leaks, paint work, etc... I pulled a carfax and it says there is no accident... Seller says treads about 60% left, SC has about 36, 000 miles. Just changed the rotrex oil... Anything specific you think I should be asking for?

    Haha I haven't seen those but man that thing is SWEET!!!! :drool: When do you think they'll have it delivered if it ships Friday?

    Not much advice on my part but as long as the shop says you're good to go, then I guess that's all you can really do till you get it here.

    Check main seal gasket, timing chain cover gasket, front cv axles, play in the rear drive shaft, and play in the SC shaft. Those are the big things that could be wrong with it! And then once u get it I would look into upgrading the rotors and pads at least, if he hasnt don't that yet. Most people upgrade power and tire size without ever doin the brakes and that equals bad things! Haha oh and I vote for u to personalize it. First 2 things: BHLM and different wheels and tires. Should look completely different with those 2 things

    Thanks for the advice, I'll ask them to check into those things...

    And I'll definitely be doing the BHLM, but I love those wheels and tires. I know they're "played out", and I know they're 20's... But I've always liked the monsters... Those are probably staying my friend...

    I'm sure I could think of something... But the only reason I bought this truck was because it has everything done how I want it... Alreayd lifted, wheels/tires, supercharger (which i could never justify buying new), etc... The only thing I will probably due is Avid Light bar, put my nfab's on, ipad mini in the dash, and a nice little sub...

    Edit: That's probably not true at all... I'm sure I'll find something else to buy within days of having the truck. Lol
