Wash hands a lot. That new norovirus is resistant to hand sanitizers.

Exactly why people who overly use hand sanitizes bug me. The wife's family carries it everywhere with them and they're ALWAYS sick. I never use hand sanitizer and don't wash my hands as much/often as some and I'm never sick. Ever. My wife will kiss me when she's sick TRYING to get me sick and it doesn't work. There's something to be said for letting the body do it's job. You give it time off all the time and then when you call it up to the big leagues you can't expect it to hit one out of the park on the first pitch.

to many to list, check the build thread
The norovirus is no joke for 24 hours its usually both ends. Keeping hydrated with fluids is a pain, I usually try and down as much pedialite as possible. The wife works for the state health department and warned me about it the first time I had it years ago.

    IT SUCKS!!!!
