    So the weirdest thing happened to me tonight. At about 545 a buck steps out about 75 yards from me through thick woods. Well I I had one gap to shoot him so I shot. He hits the ground and doesn't move at all. 5 minutes later I climb down and he jumps up and runs off. My dad met me over at my Stand and we started lookin. Found where I shot the deer and there was blood everywhere. But we couldn't find any towards where he ran or any where around where I thought he ran. We looked for an hour and then I said screw it and went and got my yellow lab. Put her nose to the blood and immediately went tearin off through the woods. We cant see her anymore and she starts barkin like crazy. We found her and she was Layin on top of the buck. So I start lookin at him and notice there are two entrance holes that are massive. I was shootin a 243 tonight. And on te exit side the bullet was right under the hide. I cut it out and there was only half a bullet
