Brought My 10 yr old yellow to vet for swollen elbow next day.
7 days later he was gone from some rare cancer we didn't know he had and basically destroyed all his red blood cells.
Crazy how I read your story then a week later my Chewie was gone.
Just thought I'd share how this fucked up world works......it's been 5 1/2 months but man it's still tough on us and the chocolate (scout).

I'm so sorry!:( Believe it or not, the cat still misses Aspen too!

I still come by a pic of Aspen from time to time. Who woulda figured that little shit would still bring tears after a year and a half?

Here's the last one I came across,

I hear ya, We have so many pics at first we couldn't stop thinking about him cause all the pics. I had him from 6 weeks, he turned 10 May 1st then was gone a month later.
He was a very special dog, not just cause we miss him so much.
He touched many peoples lives and had the nickname "wondermutt" among others due to his energy, eye contact, athletic ability, and unrivaled affectionate nature.
He makes Marley from Marley and Me look like a boring dull dog! No BS!
We are considering another dog but will likely wait til our 8 yr old is gone so we don't take away from his last years.
It's nice to just chat about it and share thoughts with someone who shares the same compassion and pain for a lost pet.
Good luck this winter in New Yuck and if your ever in Norther VT give a shout, I'd like to get a better look at that truck.

Toytec ULK, Light Racing UCA's, OME Dakar rear leaves, ARB Bumper with XRC8 winch, Good Year Duratracs 285/70/17's on 17x9" Level 8 Strike 6's. Leer cap in the winter. Pioneer Double Din with BT, iPod, etc. Boston Acoustic components in all 4 doors with a Sony amp, powered 8" sub. Ultra gauge, Tom Tom...
Finally installed some new wheels. I bought 5 Level 8 Strike 6's in a 17x9 with -12 offset. I like the wheels, but I have a little more rubbing with the new 285 Duratracs than I did with the facatory Sports on 1.25" spacers.

I'm sensing that the body-mount-chop may be needed if I plan to wheel it anymore than I do now. Or, bite the bullet, (and jack up the card), and put some 255 km2's for a "summer" tire on the factory wheels. They would be due for a powdercoating for sure.

I also installed SP Performance coated, slotted rotors with Hawk LTS pads. so far they are working well. Next spare afternoon will be rebuilding the rears with new shoes and springs. I'm hoping the drums are good, at worse, maybe have them turned.

No pics of the install, it was dark. All went well and smooth.

    Pics.

Last set of Duratracs had almost 40,000 miles on them with room for about 5000 more. Hope this set lasts as long on the 9" wide wheels.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Awesome build. I am really liking the bumper and snorkle. (Adds two more things to the list)

Thanks Andy! I like the 6 spoke look. I wish they were an 8" though, but no torn body or tires...yet.:)

Nice build John! Your truck looks pretty sick with those rims on and the bumper definitely sets the whole thing off.

How are you liking the slotted rotors and hawk pads so far?

    Thanks!

The front brake setup is working well. All I've towed is my 4-wheeler (RIP as of last Wed.:() on a landscape trailer (6x10,no brakes) and they work well on the hills around here. Lots of 1/2mile+ grades to drive up and down. I also tow a small popup camper with brakes, but not with the new fronts yet.

Both the Hawk pads and SP Performance rotors had a break-in instruction. I followed it and I have no chattering at all...SMOOTH!

Still to come are a rear bumper, front ARB locker, sliders and skids. For now, I'm still paying off the last set of Duratracs. Kid in college and now a catastrophically damaged wheeler are eating my funds. Gotta replace the wheeler before the next snow. Hoping on a leftover Polaris 500 from '12.

    Thanks again for the kudos!:D

    As of 4/10/13.

I've done a bunch of small things in the last month or so. I've gotten into using my new i-phone, and am not up to date on the technology of photo loading etc., so I am now on the home computer to update with pics.

A few weeks back I noticed a CV boot leaking. I had the ECGS bushing installed and new CV's installed at the same time.

The same day I also had the OME D29XL AAL installed in preparation for the new camper I ordered. It has a deck for my 4-wheeler on it that will add to the tongue weight.

BTW, if anyone in the western, southern part of New York needs anything done on their Toy, Nick, of Nick's Auto in Bristol, NY, has done most of the suspension work on my Toy. He is anal about his work and fun to deal with. GREAT prices and FANTASTIC quality! He is the man...he is also into the old heavy metal. ALL my vehicles go there if it is beyond what I can do! The guy is AWESOME!

Back on subject, I just added a Thule roof rack to the existing rails on my cap. Just in time to remove the cap for the summer!

That is all...for now. On the way are some sliders I bought from a member here (SJGinger). They are bolt-ons from DWreck/Famous Fab. Hopefully get them installed this coming weekend.

Also ordered a Bruteforce Fab rear bumper. It is the standard rear (didn't want to cut into the rear due to the amount of salt used all winter), with swing-out tire carrier, can holder, light buckets and antenna bracket. THAT, I can't wait to see!

And just to whore her out a little, some pics of her as she is now!

    THANKS FOR LOOKING!:D

Thanks, loving the "LOOK" of yours too!

Funny enough, while putting up pics for a "camper for sale" thread, UPS showed with the rock sliders:bananadance::bananadance::bananadance:, THEN, moments later, FED EX showed with the rest of an on-board-air setup I got from sytfu510!:taco::taco::taco:. It's gonna be a busy weekend!!!:D

Now I'm gonna have to wait for the rear bumper to show! THAT is gonna be a tough one for me. I can't wait to show of Billy's work! (BruteforceFab):cookiemonster:

Yeah, me too. I'm not normally that patient, but Billy seems like a pretty cool guy talking to him, so I will do my best. Plus, I have stuff I can be doing over the next couple of weeks. And, I still gotta figure out how to explain the new heavy metal ART that will be hanging off the back of my truck, to my wife!:crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm:

It's usually something like this, "Where did that come from and how much was it?" " Oh Sweet, I've had that for months, I can't believe you haven't noticed it before now!" "Nice try asshole, you're full of shit!" "Yeah, it was cheaper than the car I bought you!" "When are you gonna stop bringing that up?" "When I catch up to that amount!" "Whatever!" "Hey, you want to have sex, you know, instead of going away mad?"

That usually ends it...no explanation needed at that point!:D. AND, by morning, she's needy for the sex, to feel closer to me!:humble::yay::bananadance::bananadance::bananadance::woot:
