have had my 2013 Regular Cab 4X4 for 5 weeks now...have loved the looks of the Tacoma for the last 5 years... So here is bit of my story.

Had a Jeep Wrangler for the past 5 years. All of a sudden an electric problem reared its ugly head. Parasitic drain. I tried locating it, dealer tried locating it, all to no avail. The dealer told me they couldn't find it. Great. My wife said "If it starts, take it to the Toyota dealer, trade it in,and get the Tacoma you want"... Aint that the best wife ever....and she is Hot too!!

Got to the dealer with the full intention of buying the Access cab or Double cab TRD package. Took it for a test drive, and loved it. While working on the price, I saw this regular cab 4X4 4 cylinder sitting by the side door. For shits and giggles, I asked to take it for a ride. Really loved it too. After thinking about what I truly needed, I opted for the Silver Streak regular cab. It worked out to about a $8000.00 savings, (paid 21 and some change) which I have found out here, can buy you a nice supply of mods!!!

Would I have loved the AC TRD....you bet..... Do I love my Reg Cab....absolutely...The only thing I would like it to have would have been Power window and Power door locks....but I can more than manage without.

Found this awesome site while reading reviews for a tonneau cover. And now come here daily to see all the awesome rides you all have!!!

My first mod was a pair of Westin 3 inch nerf bars, second was installing a Curt trailer hitch. I have a small utility trailer to get mulch/ compost, and running other small errands....no real need for a tow package....

Got a call in to Scott at truck add on for some weathertech digifit floor liners, and in time a tonneau cover, preferably a Rollx by Bak Industries....In the spring time, will be doing a debage, and blacking them out, and re-install...

Thanks for reading the new guys long winded first entry....Happy Holidays to you all, and keep up the beautiful work....damn, you people are gonna cost this guy some money...
