Pics in my gallery. Plastiderp is sold at Home depot. It's a rattle can.

Hmm. Plastidip seems decent. As long as you have enough coats it will be durable, and that will then also help removal be easier if the coats are thick enough.

So you've had your bumper derp'd for 7 months without any major scratches or peeling?

Mines been done for 2.5 years. It peels on the bottom but I drag that thing over rocks and sand.

I've had my rims and rear bumper done for 7 months and not one problem. I did 4 coats on both. Hell, I've done a few interior pieces also and the finish isn't rough or anything as long as you spray it evenly. There's a whole thread dedicated to plasti-dipping parts, check out if you're thinking about doing it. Also, it dries in like 30 minutes which is nice so you can do your coats every 30 minutes or so. I waited about an hour after the last coat before putting the parts back on. For the bumper, I just taped off the truck with garbage bags and sprayed the bumper while still installed. It helps to remove the garbage bags and tape while still wet. Any over spray peels right off without damaging anything.

Merry Christmas to all you Tacoma homies too!
For x-mas I bought myself my new Tacoma, so I'm happy.

thanks Fiend and DW for the info. Powdercoat will only be $120 for the rear bumper, so I'll probably just take that route as it should be more durable and a permanent thing. But I'll probably derp'd the decals or something.
