I teach concealed carry classes, I have both of these guns and see students shoot them regularly. They are both fine pistols. Really, you can't go wrong with either gun. The keltec p3at (380) is a good shooter as well. Any of these 3 pocket pistols will serve you well. I don't recommend buying any of the other comparable guns as these three are by far the most reliable.

Buy a "Baby Glock" G26 (9mm) and don't look back. The G27 "Backup Glock" is a fine pistol if you need the .40 round. I used to own a G33 "Pocket Rocket" .357 SiG Glock and it too was a fine pistol but I still want to get a G26. But for now between my Kahr PM9 DLC and my G19 it is tough to justify another 9mm at this time. My other 9mm is a SiG P226 Navy "NSW" that is spooky accurate. YMMV

Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
I have had a PM9 for 6 or 7 years, and have shot my friend's Ruger 3AT. No comparison...Kahr trigger is smoother, the action is smoother and the recoils seems smoother for a more powerful cartridge.
Unless you love the size of the Ruger, the Kahr has it beat everywhere.

The S&W has the clip grip extender. It would feel better.

yeah. i have a G22 3rd gen. i want to stay with .40 i like the round a lot! and i can use the 15 round G22 mags in it, also i can buy .40 in big boxes and not have to have 2 kinds of ammo around. (can buy say 300 round of .40 instead of 150 rounds of .40 and 150 of 9MM.)

the .375 sig glock is also a good gun, a little snappy but a good gun. dad has the full size .357 sig glock.(i think it’s G31)

Standardizing on ammo makes great sense. If I had it to do over I would have tried many pistols and chose the one I shot the best and then bought two. One for daily carry and one in case my daily was down for repair, mods, etc. Then I would have bought LOTS of ammo and professional training.

yeah. if something happened to the 27 i could carry the 22 with a jacket or something.

also the less calibers you have the less sorting you have to do on the ammo shelf. ;)

Kel Tec is what I have as well. I can unload it without having to insert the clip. Just open the slide and the bullet pops out.

Mine only jams with bullets that have a recession in the tip (are not rounded). Any rounded ammo works just fine. I just use that.

Crimson Trace works well as well.

I'll echo the P238 folk. I love mine.

Sig now makes this in 9mm. Its even more expensive than the .380, however.
