...so last night it's about 12:30am and Im in bed in 3/4 sleep mode. Suddenly I feel something creep along my right arm (my bloodclot arm for my brothers that know) so I brush it then I feel this thing running across my shoulder and toward my neck so I JUMP out of bed as fast as you'll ever see 240lbs move-throw on the lights and dig through the blankets. Cannot find it DAMM! Not one of these nights please! As I stand up straight I see in my peripherals that old familiar black dot. I look UP^^^ and a BIG ol spider is there on the ceiling right above where I slept! Needless to say it was all about pulling the sheets, blankets, and mattress (mind you I am in NO shape to be doing this!) down to the box spring so that when I shoot him with raid and he falls down onto the box spring I can smash the crap outta him. Success.
-but I have two things that bug (pun) the hell out of me; first-I thought spiders generally prefer to stay away from humans-so why was this lil f**ker droppin a line right to me? With them 8 eyes Im sure he can see Im like 750 times bigger than him right?
Second-I dont need to find out the hard way what a spider bite will do to an arm with a blooclot in it, and I am on blood thinners!
Now I gotta worry about random things like that too:(
Anyways that was my night and I know quite a few of my buddies here hate them little monsters too!

 I hate those things! I have a 3 foot long spider/bug sucker thingy so I don't have to get near them when I kill them. I wanted the one that electrocuted the hell out of them when they got to the bottom but I just got the normal one. :(

Oh well, I still flush 'em, once I get 'em. :D

Hoping for no more spiders in your bed RR!

Last year I must have killed 50 or more black widows in my back yard. I even called out a pro, as he was spraying he said "this aint gona do it, you are going to have to go after them one by one." I started going out every morning with a flashlight and a can of Raid, it seemed to be there hunting time, they were always out. I also sprayed the yard every week with the stuff you attach to your garden hose. The bug guy told me the only way to get rid of them was to kill them one by one and persuade them to move somewhere else. I haven't seen any yet this year and I have already started my weekly spray.
