    Susan, he didn't get any special treatment than any other citizen I've stopped. I can't recall the last time I wrote somebody for speed. The ticket I wrote was last week for a guy plowing into 4 cars with a 24 foot moving truck. He was watching the accident that I was currently working on and not paying attention. He ended up not having registration or insurance either. Before that I think it was about four months prior that I actually cited somebody.
