    Oh, I see what you're getting at. I don't think it makes a difference though. Least I have no reason to believe it makes a difference. Even using acorn lugs, I don't think it should be an issue. Edit: NVM you can see the holes taper for acorn lugs so it shouldn't be a problem.

    As Jerry mentioned, all he did was remove about 1/8" of aluminum that tapers in for the center cap. The hub opening of the wheel is still 106.1mm. He did not enlarge the bore at all. The fitment is still tight and snug.

    Jerry, make sure you use conical bulge seat lugs and not just the normal acorn lugs. The bulge lugs will seat a little better in the lug opening and make better contact once you torque it down.
