I'd go with 4.88. I've had 37's with 4.56 gears and the truck feels sluggish.

Just dont understand running 37, their already alot of stress when running 35's. But i could see the slugish with 4.56 when running 37's.

On the street it's pointless. I wheeled mine and the 37s were on bead locks so they only went on when I went wheeling. Otherwise I ran the truck on 35s or 33s.

So today I was looking at rpm and at 70 mph with 4.88's and 33's I was at about 2530 rpm (I have an ultra guage that tells me almost exact rpm). At 55 mph I was pretty much at exactly 2000 rpm and like I mentioned earlier at 75 mph i sit at about 2740 rpm.

so with 35's at 70 mph i should be looking around 2200??
and with 37's at 70 mph maybe 2000??

I just checked the calculator and it said I should run at 2504 on 33's, 2361 on 35's and 2234 on 37's.

40's would get you down to 2066 rpm. Haha

^^ man if you could do that it would be a big help letting me know where im gonna be at.

right now with stock gears at 75 im at 1800 area but no power at all and always down shifting.
4th gear at 75 im about 2700 so if i could be a lil lower than that in overdrive with the 4.88's id be happy
