    factory ones are expensive i bet.. when i did my girls moms cats,new one are like 800 each from the factory at my price. i got some magnaflow cats and welded em in . saved like 600 bucks.

    Well there goes that lol. The aftermarket CATS are ok but they wont last as long, there is a reason they are cheaper. The OEM ones are designed to try to outlast the 8yr/80k miles or dealers would be replacing them all the time. Federal law says a new car's CAT must work for the 8yr/80k miles. The aftermarket one you buy is only what the manufacture gives you for warranty

    Please.. According to my dad my truck is fine. The actual reason to my 7 mpgs is because I drive around to much, which is causing me to get bad gas mileage. Its all in my head and everything is fine according to him. :help:. I am glad my parents are very well educated about vehicles. :rolleyes:
