    I just bought a bolt, cam pin, and firing pin from FailZero. They also sell complete bolt carrier groups for 5.56. You can see the BCG at this link.

    They utilize some interesting technology; you should look into it. I hope this helps!

    FWIW ... in RVN ... the grunts never loaded their magazines (M-14s & M-16s) to capacity.

    They always left out (2 rounds) for good spring tension ... and ALWAYS seated rounds in the mag by "cracking" them (cap side) on their helmets ... :)
