    Not knowing what, my guesses would be:

    5 lug Taco is not the same bolt pattern as 5-lug Tundra... the wheels won't fit.

    5 lug Taco suspension is completely different from the 6-lug... prerunner and 4x4 suspension parts will not fit... though you can use prerunner/4x4 rear leaf springs to lower your 5 lug an inch or so.

    Dammit! LOL...I goofed up that post. I am ordering a spacer and add a leaf kit for my five lug and want to upgrade the shocks and struts. Here is what I have available to me locally."If you're interested I have the stock TRD off road shocks off of my 2010, the stock upper control arms and a "ready lift" leveling kit. I also have the stock springs for my truck. The stock shocks are the yellow bilstein ones. "

    Okay... see above.
    I don't think so.
    5 lug is SUA, 6 lug is SOA.
    Stock springs, that's already a 4-5" difference (longer on the 5-lug).
    Lifting the 5-lug with taller springs makes that difference even greater.

    the shock is of the same design. so it will work.

    how well it will work is a completely different story, though.

    ask ryry. i think he used them for a little while when his truck was all high and stuff.

    I'm running 6 lug shocks on the rear of my truck right now. Once the truck is lifted the stock rear shocks of the 5 lug aren't long enough. Even though Readylift claims no shock replacement is necessary, there isn't enough up travel in them to accommodate the lift. I used stock trd bilsteins on the rear of my truck after installing the Fat Bob's lift. While the rear leafs are different, both 6 lug and 5 lug shocks mount below the rear axle. It may not be the best route (hell it's a spacer/AAL lift) but it so far it has worked fine for me.

    will they fit? yes but they do have a longer collapsed length meaning if you load up the truck it may bottom out the shock first before hitting bumpstops
