Well I have been reading that people can take out one overload leave and it will give them less of a lift, I am only really looking for 1.5" or 2" max seeing I have the front just set to 2"

Can I remove a overload leaf and an regular leaf?

Will I still be able to tow and haul stuff without a overload and regular leaf?

This is on the 2nd gen Tacoma BTW...

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
I removed the 3rd leaf down in my dakars, left both overloads. With 885s up front i am 1/2 higher in the rear.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
If you are looking for only 2" of lift, look into the ironman4x4 leaf pack. It is only a 2" lift in the rear. They haul extra weight great too.

That would be around 2" taller than right? The 885's are 1.75" tall lift in the front. My coilovers are set at 2.0" but I might step it up to 2.5" so down the line I can run a 255/85/16.

Hmm who sells them? I would like to take a look at them? Do you know anyone running them?

Does the overload leaf come into play at all when the truck isn't loaded? I think by removing the overload leaf, your only height loss would be the thickness of the leaf itself.

I got about 2.5 inches of lift from 885s. My center of hub to fender measurement in the rear is about 23 3/4

Nope only matters with a load, or with alot of flex and with the dakars i would imagine a pretty heavy load. Ya you would only lose about 5/8 of lift.

Would Deaver's and air bags for the load?
