    I dunno.

I never had that issue before.

Even with wet gear and such in the cab too.

Yea I rolled it  was a sad day. I loved the color. And it was sooooo clean for a 96. Body was immaculate. Which sucked swapping on the green one as it had rust and not great pant  but...it still lives

Why the truck is called Frankenstein, there isn't a whole lot of stock parts on it..and when I'm done with it..there will be less then 10

Here is when i rolled it.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1s...ankenstein-build-lt-expo-trail-rig-bs-47.html

    :pout:

Yea actually I haven't. I don't have a title for it right now. But I think ill be fine. I just need a letter from the guy explaining why he didn't have one then. WY will issue me a new VIN for the truck..just waiting on the guy. Otherwise ill get a salvage title for it.

    DAMN!!

Yea  was a beautiful rig..

Frankenstein tho isn't half bad haha

Again..I don't even want to know..

Finished doing a valve cover gasket replacement the other day and now have the tranny out to replace the rear main seal. Still have to fix a miss that resulted from the valve cover work after the tranny goes back in.

Got a little done this weekend. Plugs and wires, air filter, drain and fill the radiator, oil change, and front, transfer, and rear diff oil change. And I see my front diff is weeping. Cleaned it off well to pinpoint it better. Hopefully it doesn't get worse.

FWIW... My AC hasn't worked for about 2 years, and I've never had problems with getting my windows de-fogged with the heater on fresh... :notsure:
Ewww... Good luck, man. Dropping the tranny is a sucky chore.

True story. :D My windows do still fog up on cold mornings, but I guess it's considerably easier to get rid off with this climate.......

Got it registered in Texas, inspected, put on Texas plates, and put a locking pin on my tow hitch. I also went to Toyota and priced what it would cost to replace the timing belt and water pump. It was around $500 which isn't too bad for parts and about 5 hours of labor. I'm dropping the truck off on the 2nd.

AC kicks on automatically when set to either of the defrost settings.

    Too few to list.
What about the idlers? Careful of that quote, parts alone with idlers/tensioner cost about $385 discounted and about $500 retail.
