    Jebus..... This thing is auto disqualified because there is no chrome 24" emblems indicating rim size anywhere..... Although the quad air horns do make up for a little bit of it.

    How do you know they are Mexican? From the pic this might be somewhere in Europe or Australia judging by the Toureg security vehicle, the Renault next to the Hummer, and the number plate.
